We respect your privacy at our salon. If you have any difficult issues, we will be very discreet. We are a professional salon. If you require a service at a quiet time, due to your job, for security reasons, or for health reasons, let us know and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
We accept all types of payment… Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks and Cash.
There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Please give us 48 hours notice for all cancellations. This helps give our staff enough time to rebook your time slot. There will be a 50% no show fee without a 24 hour cancellation notice. Please contact our front desk at 972-931-2220 and we will be happy to accomodate any changes in your schedule.
We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you get the day and time of your choice. We always call to confirm your appointment.
You may return any product that has been opened that you don’t like for an exchange for up to 14 days. If the product is damaged or clogged, you may return it at any time. You donｹt need a receipt as long as it still has our sticker on it.
